Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Senior Social Media & Content Manager.
Position: Senior Social Media & Content ManagerLocation: South-East Asia (ideally Malaysia)Employment type: full-timeRemuneration: competetive salary depending experience.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channelsCreate, write, and publish engaging content tailored to Forex, CFD, and financial services audiencesDevelop content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign plans aligned with business objectivesManage day-to-day social media activity to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generationProduce compelling copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiativesEnsure all content complies with financial services marketing regulations and Meta advertising policiesMaintain consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channelsSupport reputation management through review platforms and online brand monitoringWork closely with designers, marketing teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaignsSupport promotional campaigns, trading competitions, bonus offers, and client acquisition initiativesCoordinate multilingual content projects where requiredManage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and business prioritiesMonitor and analyse content and social media performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insightsIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversion through data-driven recommendationsPrepare performance reports and optimise content strategies based on key metrics.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years of experience within a Forex Broker, CFD Broker, Multi-Asset Broker, FinTech, or Financial Services companyStrong understanding of Forex trading, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms, brokerage business models, and Affiliate/IB programmesProven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platformsStrong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skillsAbility to independently develop and execute content strategies without relying solely on agenciesKnowledge of Meta Advertising Policies for Financial Services and brokerage compliance requirementsExperience managing content calendars and social media strategiesStrong project management, organisational, and communication skillsExperience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media reporting toolsFluent in English (C1 level and higher) both written and verbalPortfolio showcasing relevant social media and content work (mandatory)Experience with international brokerage brandsExperience managing multilingual content projectsKnowledge of Trustpilot and broker review platformsExperience supporting bonus campaigns, trading competitions, and acquisition campaignsUnderstanding of trader acquisition, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle communicationsOFFER:High visibility role supporting strategic decision makingExposure to internatinal projectsProfessional environment focused on ownership growth and analytical excellence.Originally posted on Himalayas
