The Partner Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational backbone of the partner ecosystem. This role ensures a seamless partner experience across quoting, renewals, onboarding, and lifecycle management, while driving efficiency through process excellence and continuous improvement.This individual partners cross-functionally with the Partner Team, Deal Enablement, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Technology Partnerships, and Finance to drive operational rigor, visibility, and consistency across all partner-facing processes, while helping operationalize evolving partner program initiatives. What You’ll DoSupport and optimize back-end partner operations across recruiting, onboarding, growth, and renewalsContinuously improve operational processes to enhance partner experience and internal efficiencyDrive the quote-to-order process for partner deals, including coordination across systems and teams to enable fast and accurate executionManage and optimize renewals workflows to improve retention, minimize churn, and enhance forecast accuracyEstablish proactive renewal management practices (e.g., daily/visual management) to prevent late or missed renewalsDesign and implement automated workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scalability of partner support Leverage the Fortive Business System (FBS), Lean, or similar methodologies to continuously improve processes and eliminate wasteDocument and evolve standard work for quoting, renewals, and partner operationsManage lead routing, tracking, and attribution for partner-driven opportunitiesServe as the primary liaison with technical teams for partner portal development, ongoing management, and issue resolutionDrive portal enhancements to improve usability, self-service, and partner engagementRefine and operationalize the partner onboarding program to accelerate time-to-revenuePartner with the Enablement team to develop scalable onboarding and training contentDesign and implement systems to track onboarding progress, completion rates, and performancePartner with leadership to operationalize evolving partner program structures, policies and requirementsEnsure systems, processes, and reporting scale to support future program enhancementsWhat We’re Looking ForMust have: 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (preferably in a SaaS or channel-driven environment)Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portalsExpert in quote and renewal processing Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation, process design, and optimizationExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignmentAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentComfort working in ambiguity with aggressive timelinesNice to have: Experience supporting channel / partner ecosystems at scale Familiarity with deal registration, renewal management, and partner lifecycle workflows Experience optimizing or scaling partner programsWhat We OfferA dynamic, international team environment with colleagues across the globe.
