This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes that support our business operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness. * Enter and update billing information in the company’s database and billing systems. * Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to clarify and resolve billing issues. * Generate billing reports and summaries for management review. * Monitor billing cycles and deadlines to ensure timely invoicing. * Assist in auditing billing records and correcting discrepancies as needed. * Maintain organized records of billing transactions and communications. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes and data accuracy. Qualifications \& Skills * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. * Proven experience in billing, data entry, or related administrative roles. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and billing software or ERP systems. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies efficiently. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. * Familiarity with financial regulations and billing compliance is a plus.
