Instead,you’llbe workingright inbetween: building theinternal tooling, automation, and infrastructure workflowsthat enable our AI engineering teams to move faster.Yourmain focuswill be to improve how teamsonboard, access, and use platform resources, especially in the context of AI services.You’llwork primarily inAzure(with some GCP/AWS exposure), helping us scale a reliable and developer-friendly platform.If you enjoy building systems that other engineers rely on—and care aboutdeveloper experience, automation, and clean solutions—this role might be a great fit.Note: This position is exclusively available for candidates based in LATAM. Applicants from other regions will not be considered.What you’ll be doingDesign and buildself-service workflowsthat allow internal teams to easily access platform resourcesDevelop automation around infrastructure and onboarding using tools like Cortex.ioContribute to platform tooling that supports AI-related use cases and servicesWork with Azure infrastructure (AKS, Azure Container Apps, networking, databases, etc.) to ensure scalability and reliabilityAutomate deployments and infrastructure usingTerraform and GitHub ActionsIntegrate platform workflows with external tools and services (e.g., Snowflake, Astronomer, Kong)Improve observability across the platform (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk,OpenTelemetry)Support CI/CD integrations and overall platform reliabilityTroubleshoot and provide hands-on support when neededCollaborate closely with other engineers andmentor teammates when relevantWhatwe’relooking for+5 years of experience insoftware engineering, platform engineering, or related rolesStrong experience working withcloud environments (Azure preferred)Hands-on experience withinfrastructure as code (Terraform)and automation workflowsSolid understanding ofKubernetes and container-based architecturesExperience working incomplex, distributed systemsComfortable writing codeandworking at the infrastructure/platform layerExperience withGit and collaborative development workflowsAbility to work autonomously while staying aligned with the teamExperience building internal tools, developer platforms, or self-service solutions is a big plusNice to haveExposure toAI/ML platforms or workflowsExperience with Cortex.io or similar developer portalsFamiliarity with tools like Snowflake, Airflow, or AstronomerExperience with API gateways (Kong)Multi-cloud experience (GCP/AWS)ITX’s Compensation Philosophy Equality in compensation has been our practice since ITX started in 1997.
