We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a punctual, sharp, and execution-focused Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for our first large-scale development: a 50+ home project in the Texas Hill Country, with more in the pipeline.If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality residential projects, thrive by keeping budgets and schedule in check - this is the opportunity.Your #1 mission:Reduce build cost from $300 to $200 per square foot - without cutting corners - and break ground on 60 homes by the end of 2026.We’re partnered with a seasoned General Contractor who brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the table.
