This role owns finance processes end to end—from gathering requirements and configuring systems to supporting period close and ensuring compliance. You'll work directly with business users and cross-functional teams to translate finance needs into effective ERP solutions. This is a functional role for someone who understands accounting concepts deeply and can bridge the gap between finance stakeholders and our technical systems.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLead and support Core Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed AssetsGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system configurationsConfigure and support financial setups such as chart of accounts, accounting calendars, ledgers, and subledger accountingCollaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE)Support period close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely resultsTroubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support to maintain system stabilityLead testing efforts, UAT coordination, and go-live support for implementations and enhancementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirementsPartner with cross-functional teams including EPM, SCM, Field Services, and Subscription Management as neededCreate and maintain functional documentation and deliver user training to finance stakeholdersOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE10+ years of experience as a Core Financials Functional Consultant/Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud FinancialsStrong hands-on expertise with GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modulesSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and period-end close activitiesOracle Cloud certifications in Financials Cloud (required)Background in Finance and Accounting; CPA or MBA in Finance is a strong plusExperience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and exposure to Project Management, Subscription Management, or Revenue Management modulesProven ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and explain complex system behavior clearlyExperience supporting full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or major enhancementsComfortable in lead or client-facing roles with strong communication and collaboration skillsManufacturing or Service industry experience is desirableCOMPENSATIONThe beginning annual salary range for this role is $155,000.00 - $207,000.00 USD and is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and location.
