We are a small, SLP\-owned private practice seeking an experienced and highly organized **Virtual School\-Based Speech\-Language Pathologist** to join our team for the **2026–2027 school year**. This is a fully remote position supporting California public schools. **Job Summary** This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys case management, collaboration, and providing high\-quality services in a virtual setting. We are looking for someone who is confident managing IEPs, conducting assessments, supervising SLPAs, and serving as a reliable partner to school teams. Although this position is fully remote, candidates **must hold an active California Speech\-Language Pathologist license**. Applicants may reside anywhere within the United States. As a small, clinician\-owned practice, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional support, open communication, and a collaborative environment where our therapists are valued. **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities** * Provide virtual speech\-language services to students in California public schools. * Serve as the primary case manager for assigned students. * Conduct speech and language assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports. * Develop, maintain, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). * Attend and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings. * Supervise Speech\-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with California regulations. * Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families. * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district timelines. * Utilize SEIS for IEP documentation and case management. * Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential practices in accordance with state and federal regulations. **Required Qualifications** * Active California Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. * Master's degree in Speech\-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC\-SLP) preferred (or required, if applicable to your practice). * Minimum of **one (1\) year of experience working in California public schools**. * Minimum of **one (1\) year of teletherapy experience**. * Demonstrated experience with speech\-language **case management**. * Experience supervising SLPAs. * Working knowledge of SEIS. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a virtual caseload independently. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Familiarity with California special education timelines and compliance requirements. * Experience working with students across a variety of disability categories. **Schedule \& Compensation** * Part\-time * Approximately **15–20 hours per week** * **2026–2027 School Year** * Fully remote If you're looking to join a supportive, clinician\-owned practice where your expertise is valued and your vo
