We also handle over 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases.About the RoleWe’re building the Learning & Development function at GoHighLevel and this role sits at the center of that build. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real systems, content, and programs used across a global SaaS organization. You won’t just support, you’ll help build, run, and improve how learning works at scale.What You’ll Work OnOnboarding & Learning OperationsManage onboarding workflows on Sana (our AI-native LMS)Track completion, maintain data, and conduct periodic analysis and provide meaningful insights Ensure a smooth experience for new hires globally through enabling assimilation journeysResolve employee queries and challenges related to the LMS and learning policiesLMS Management (Sana)Develop and strengthen a standard operating procedure for adminsOwn course assignments, catalogue hygiene, and platform qualityGenerate basic reports and insights on learner engagementContent Creation (AI-enabled)Build simple learning modules using AI-native toolsWork with & guide internal teams to convert knowledge into structured contentProgram & Process ManagementMaintain trackers, SOPs, and documentationCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partnersLearning Session ExecutionRun sessions end-to-end (setup, communication, attendance, feedback)Analyse feedback and identify areas to improveWho You AreA recent graduate or final-year student (HR, Business, Psychology, EdTech, or related fields)Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong written communicator, able to create clear, structured contentProactive and reliable - you take ownership without needing close supervisionComfortable working with tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).
