Job Description

Role OverviewThe Business Acceptance Testing Associate is responsible for executing test plans, validating system functionality, and ensuring new applications, enhancements, and operational processes meet defined business and regulatory requirements. This role supports enterprise initiatives including NSA/Surprise Bill workflows, arbitration processes, automation enhancements, AI/ML-enabled tools, and digital transformation projects.What You Will DoExecute test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on defined business requirements and regulatory expectations.
