This individual will oversee day\-to\-day operations, spearhead strategic business initiatives, enhance client engagement, and lead revenue\-generating activities. Given the dynamic nature of our small company, the ideal candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, adeptly managing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency and success. They should be a self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment, excelling in project management, marketing, client relations, and business development, with the ability to implement systems that improve efficiency and drive expansion. If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for strategic growth, operational excellence, and client success, we invite you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** **Business Operations \& Strategy** * Oversee daily operations of coaching programs, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and client experience teams. * Manage the execution of mastermind groups, online training programs, and retreats, ensuring high\-quality delivery. * Optimize internal business systems, tools, and processes for improved performance. * Manage billing operations and coach payment processes, including tracking payment schedules. * Oversee and manage Business Consultants and keep projects on track (e.g., social media, Marketing, Graphic Designers, Copywriter, IT/CRM, Facebook Ads, Enrollment) **Business Development \& Sales Growth** * Oversee the marketing and promotion of coaching programs, live events, and online courses. * Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategies for scaling the company. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data\-driven improvements. **Client Experience \& Program Management** * Oversee the client journey from onboarding to engagement and retention. * Ensure an exceptional client experience through personalized communication, high\-touch service, and program excellence. * Create call scripts, send follow\-up emails, and coordinate with IT to get them uploaded to
