Virtual Medical Assistant — Urology Practice (Remote)

**Requirements:** * **Prior urology experience is required** — as a medical assistant, or front\-desk/administrative staff in a urology or urogynecology practice * Currently based in the United States and authorised to work as an independent contractor (1099\) * Hands\-on experience with at least one EHR or practice management system * Excellent spoken and written English and a confident phone manner * Reliable high\-speed internet, a working computer, headset, and a private, distraction\-free workspace * Available to start immediately * Willing to complete a background check **Preferred:** * Familiarity with urology workflows — catheters, bladder instillations, voiding trials, cytology, PSA labs * Insurance verification and prior authorisation experience * Previous remote or virtual medical assistant experience **What we offer:** * Immediate start with a single, stable US client * Consistent weekday schedule * Long\-term placement with a growing US healthcare support team * Rate negotiable for the right urology experience **To apply:** submit your CV.
