In this role, you will focus on identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers for THE/STUDIO within the US market.Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This is a hands-on, prospecting-heavy role in a fast-growing company operating in a rapidly expanding market.Your success will be measured by the quality and consistency of qualified opportunities you create for the sales team, not by closing deals.Your responsibilities:In this role, youâll:Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channelsQuickly qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and partnerships, ensuring fast response times and seamless handoff to Account ExecutivesResearch and identify high-potential prospects, including âhidden gemsâ within our CRM of 100,000+ companiesConduct discovery and needs-assessment conversations to understand prospectsâ requirements, use cases, and fitAssess leads against fit, need, timing, and decision-making criteria to prioritize high-conversion opportunitiesClearly articulate THE/STUDIOâs value proposition at a high level to gauge alignment and interestSchedule and coordinate qualified meetings or product demos for the Account Executive teamCollaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and full context on each qualified opportunityMaintain accurate, detailed CRM records and track all outreach and follow-upsProactively identify pipeline risks or gaps and adjust outreach strategies to maximize conversionWork with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach processes for maximum efficiency and impactWithin 1 month, youâll:Learn THE/STUDIOâs products, value proposition, and ideal customer profileBecome fully integrated with the team and comfortable with our tools and processesLaunch outbound outreach and qualify your first opportunitiesBegin reviewing and reactivating existing leads in our CRM and booking meetings with interested prospectsWithin 3 months, youâll:Consistently generate high-quality, well-qualified opportunities for the AE teamBe confident identifying strong-fit prospects and disqualifying low-fit ones earlyBe recognized by teammates as someone who improves pipeline quality and overall sales efficiencyDemonstrate strong product knowledge and a clear understanding of what makes a deal viableWithin 6 months, youâll:Help identify and implement new tools, workflows, or prospecting methods that improve SDR performanceBuild a strong, forward-looking pipeline and consistently exceed your qualification targetsContinuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and AE handoff successBegin preparing for potential growth into a full-cycle Account Executive roleWhat weâre looking for:2+ years of experience as an outbound-focused Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar roleDemonstrated experience executing high-volume outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on cold calling and cold emailingProven ability to operate in a high-cadence, fast-paced sales environment while maintaining high qualification standardsComfortable with consistent daily outreach and rapid follow-ups across multiple channelsStrong sense of urgency, organization, and ability to manage large prospect volumes without sacrificing qualityStructured, analytical, and data-driven mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum C1 level of EnglishHands-on experience with a CRM such as H
