Desired Qualifications \& Traits * Exceptional attention to detail * Self\-motivated team player with the ability to work independently * Creative thinker with strong problem\-solving skills * Passionate about providing outstanding service and helping clients * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing \& Brand Management * Design, manage, and maintain the company website and social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook * Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content * Develop and execute online marketing campaigns * Create, manage, and optimize email and client drip marketing campaigns * Design and distribute client correspondence, including welcome packages, thank\-you cards, and other marketing materials Client \& Transaction Support * Coordinate closing details and communications with clients * Develop and present loan process timelines to clients * Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients * Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, settlement agents, insurance agents, clients, and investors Loan Pipeline Management * Manage an active pipeline of loans and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently * Provide timely communication to clients and referral partners as key milestones are reached * Track, manage, and follow up on new leads and referral opportunities * Submit complete loan files to processing in accordance with investor guidelines and underwriting requirements * Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant throughout the loan process Why Join L3 Home Lending?
