Job Description At Fuze Health the HRBP is a strategic consultant to our leadership teams, specifically supporting our FuzeRx Operations business. You won't just be "running" HR processes; you will be architecting the talent strategy that enables our mission to empower people to take control of their health.As a HRBP, you will bridge the gap between business goals and people initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will navigate the complexities of healthcare regulations while fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisor: Partner with the COO in our Rx Operations divisions to design and execute people strategies that align with long-term business objectives.Organizational Design: Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow.Performance & Talent Management: Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, talent development and other people core process initiatives to identify and nurture our future leadersComplex Manager Development: Partner and coach people managers in retail pharmacy and fulfillment for people leadership excellenceEmployee Relations: Lead and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team.Culture & Engagement: Act as a champion for Fuze Health’s culture, ensuring our values are integrated into the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that improve employee experience. RequirementsExperience: 10+ years of progressive professional HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated HRBP Leadership role. Experience in High-Growth Tech or Healthcare/Life Sciences is highly preferred.C-suite partnership experienceBusiness Acumen: You understand how a global healthcare company operates. You can speak the language of the business and translate it into HR deliverables.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level.Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "builder" environment where you are comfortable with ambiguity and pivot quickly as the business evolves. Additional Information Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
