Responsibilities * Manage and update client records with precision and confidentiality. * Verify accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure records are complete and compliant. * Maintain digital filing systems and ensure secure storage of sensitive information. * Assist in the preparation of reports related to client data and records management. * Respond to internal inquiries regarding client information in a timely and professional manner. * Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation. * Continuously improve record\-keeping processes and recommend best practices.
