ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about social media, content creation and communications. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, you'll support the delivery of campaigns, create engaging content and contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives across the business.A key focus of this role is managing and growing Pureprofile's LinkedIn presence. You'll plan, create, schedule and optimise content that builds brand awareness, showcases thought leadership and drives engagement with our target audiences.As part of a global organisation, you'll collaborate with team members and work on campaigns that span diverse markets, industries and client bases. We're looking for someone who is open-minded and adaptable, comfortable engaging with perspectives, subject matter and audiences that may differ from their own experience or values. This is core to how we operate as a business.This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills across digital marketing, content marketing, communications and brand management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media & ContentManage and schedule content across Pureprofile's LinkedIn channelsDraft engaging social media copy and captionsMonitor social engagement and identify opportunities to participate in relevant industry conversationsAssist in creating blogs, articles, newsletters and other marketing contentSupport the promotion of company research, reports, webinars and eventsMarketing SupportAssist with the execution of email marketing campaignsHelp coordinate marketing projects and campaignsSupport the creation of internal communications and company presentationsAssist with maintaining marketing calendars and content schedulesWork with designers and other stakeholders to deliver marketing assetsResearch & ReportingConduct competitor and industry researchMonitor media coverage, PR activity and company announcementsTrack and report on social media and campaign performanceHelp identify content opportunities and emerging marketing trendsTeam SupportProvide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and marketing teamAssist with administrative marketing tasks as requiredContribute ideas and creative input across campaigns and projectsSupport additional marketing initiatives as neededABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to build a career in marketing.
