REMOTE OR WORK\-FROM\-HOME ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.** We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented individual to support accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions across multiple operating companies. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities: * Bookkeeping and account reconciliations * Accounts payable and accounts receivable * Data entry and financial record maintenance * Coordination with outside accountants and professional advisors * Payroll\-related administrative support * Preparation and organization of financial reports * Filing, record retention, and document management * Administrative support for ownership and management * Assistance with special projects across multiple businesses * General office management and coordination Qualifications: * Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * High attention to detail and accuracy * Self\-motivated with a strong work ethic * Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality * **Ability and willingness to work on\-site in Las Vegas.
