We care deeply about craftsmanship, curiosity, and people who genuinely love working with computers.The RoleWe’re not looking for a traditional “pipeline babysitter.”We’re looking for a DevOps engineer who codes, builds, and experiments—someone who understands systems end-to-end and enjoys optimizing them. You’ll help design, deploy, and scale infrastructure while actively leveraging AI tools to move faster and smarter.This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, software engineering, sales engineering and AI-assisted workflows.What You’ll DoDesign, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)Build and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment systemsWrite code (Python, Go, or similar) to improve tooling and workflowsManage and optimize Linux-based systems in productionConfigure and troubleshoot networking (DNS, firewalls, routing, etc.)Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsImprove developer experience and internal toolingLeverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate operations and engineering workflowsContinuously refine infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiencyManage bi-weekly releasesWork with sales engineering to optimize customer on boarding and automation.What We’re Looking ForCore Technical SkillsStrong experience with Linux systems (you’re comfortable living in the terminal)Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing)Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.)Experience deploying and managing production servicesFamiliarity with infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)Experience with containers (Docker) and ideally orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS)Engineering MindsetYou write code, not just configs — you communicate with infrastructure through codeComfortable scripting and building tools to solve problemsExperience with at least one programming language (Python, Go, Rust, etc.)AI-Native ThinkingActively uses AI tools to enhance productivityCurious about how AI can improve workflows, automation, and debuggingOpen to experimenting with new tools and approachesWho You AreA computer enthusiast—you enjoy tinkering, optimizing, and learningYou care about clean systems and elegant solutionsYou’re proactive and don’t wait to be told what to fixYou thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsYou communicate across silos to coordinate and achieve resolutionYou have a minimum 3-5 solid years of experience in devops, software engineering, and/or computer engineering.
