At Davies, we're looking for a Senior MCL Surveyor to join our specialist Major & Complex Loss team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most significant domestic and commercial property claims in the UK, supporting High Net Worth and Major Loss customers through every stage of the reinstatement journey. You'll combine your technical expertise, project management skills and customer-focused approach to assess damage, develop solutions, manage reinstatement works, and help policyholders rebuild with confidence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy autonomy, and want to make a real difference when customers need support most, we'd love to hear from you.What will your day look like:What You'll Be Doing As a Senior MCL Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex claims from initial assessment through to successful resolution.
