Genesys is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs. Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards, this role serves as the execution lead for key initiatives, ensuring projects are well planned, effectively coordinated, and successfully delivered across the Total Rewards portfolio.Working closely with functional leaders, you bring structure, transparency, and accountability to complex, cross-functional initiatives while keeping stakeholders and executives informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role partners with leaders across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Procurement, IT, Communications, and other business functions to coordinate activities, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and EquityDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reportsCoordinate project activities across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Communications, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are achievedFacilitate project meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and drive accountability through completionIdentify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend practical solutions to maintain momentumPrepare clear, concise presentations, dashboards, and project updates for leadership to support decision-making and alignmentSupport change management activities by coordinating implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and readiness effortsTrack project budgets, implementation timelines, and deliverablesMaintain project documentation and ensure consistent use of project management methodologies and toolsIdentify opportunities to improve project execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness across the Total Rewards functionDrive process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and employee experienceSupport mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes by developing implementation plans, integration processes, and project documentationRepresentative Projects:Global compensation program enhancementsExecutive and broad-based equity program initiativesBenefits program implementations and enhancementsPay transparency and regulatory compliance initiativesGlobal job architecture and compensation structure projectsAnnual compensation planning and Total Rewards operational initiativesHR technology enhancements impacting Total RewardsCross-functional initiatives supporting organizational growth and transformationMergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration initiativesProcess automation and system integration projectsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organizationDemonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, and executive visibilityStrong project planning and execution skills, including managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverablesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive presentations and status updatesProven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive accountability across cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality resultsProficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platformsPreferred Qualifications:PMP certification or equivalentExperience supporting Human Resources, Total Rewards, Finance, Payroll, or similar enterprise functionsExperience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, or analytics solutions such as Power BI or TableauExperience supporting HR implementations, process improvement initiatives, or mergers and acquisitionsFamiliarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, or continuous improvement methodologiesCompensation:This role
