Our people are wildly talented, clever, and inspiring.We are hiring a Group Account Supervisor responsible for managing and growing a book of business and for management of associated account team(s). You will set team direction ensuring the team has necessary resources and facilitate individual team member’s growth.Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: Strategic ConsultationProvide solid insights to strategic development processHas or develop a deep familiarity with the client’s market, including disease state, treating clinicians and influencers and their corresponding professional societies, competitive companies and technologies, and current and future state of treatmentClient RelationshipDevelop and maintain senior-level relationships at multiple agency-of-record accounts (director level and above)Touch base with senior-level clients regularly to ferret out any opportunities or issues earlyCommunicate comfortably and productively (e.g. phone call) with any level of client at any time regardless of daily interactionsDevelop and maintain senior-level relationships at agency-of-record account(s)Expand contacts within client/prospect organizations that will strengthen agency relationship(s)Create atmosphere where issues regarding pricing, performance, and team can be constructively discussedAgency AdvocateRemove ambiguity and guides conversations to secure needed agency claritySupport the agency’s point of view at the highest levels of the client organizationFinancial ManagementOversee the development and maintenance of financial documents (scopes, forecasts, reconciliations, reports, etc)Provide ongoing guidance to staff for pricing, revisions, and forecastingReport early and often on any changes to the financial pictureEnsure that issues regarding clients/jobs are identified as early as possible and provide a rationale and guidance on next stepsProblem-solve across the agency to address inefficiencies and communications gaps that impact profitabilityIdentify and develop opportunities for organic growth and productivityTactical ManagementReview jobs supporting new strategiesWork in lockstep with project managers and effectively troubleshoot issues that ariseTeam ManagementDemonstrate mastery of more junior account responsibilities and can provide training and oversight on all as neededSupervise account team members, communicating clear goals and providing timely feedbackEvaluate performance and skill level of account personnelIdentify unmet training needs and training opportunitiesMonitor and balance scheduling and overall workload for the teamQualifications:Minimum Required:Bachelor’s Degree7 years of agency experienceMay require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight staysPreferred:Pharma/healthcare agency experienceCompetencies: LeadershipCommunicationAnalytical and Strategic ThinkingFlexibilityInitiativePrecision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
