Our premium packages start at $20,000+, and we’re on a mission to set a new standard in creative storytelling and growth marketing. With roots in Dallas and global expansion ahead, we’re building a team that thrives on ambition, creativity, and results.The RoleAs Sales Director, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling Expight Media’s sales organization. You’ll work closely with the founding team to design strategy, manage high-performing SDRs and Account Executives, and close key deals with premium clients.This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-growth environments, understands high-ticket B2B sales, and wants to make their mark in a creative agency poised for expansion.What You’ll DoOwn Expight’s overall sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue targetsRecruit, train, and manage a team of commission-based SDRs and closersDesign and optimize sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and CRM workflowsBuild and maintain relationships with high-value fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brandsPartner with marketing and creative leadership to align on go-to-market campaignsReport on pipeline performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities to the founding teamPersonally handle enterprise-level deals and key accounts in early stages
Requirements5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership roleProven success selling high-ticket services or solutions ($10K+)Strong track record of building and managing sales teams (SDRs, AEs, closers)Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-level decision makersSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive resultsExperience in creative, marketing, or fitness/wellness industries is a strong plus
