Let the magic happen!If you're interested in this opportunity, click APPLY TO POSITION to proceed.********************************************************************TitleAssociate Project ManagerOverviewThe Associate Project Manager (APM) supports the Marketing Department in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Digital, and Product to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The APM is an organized, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:•Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
•Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task trackers to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
•Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes and action items.
•Track project milestones, flag risks, and proactively escalate blockers to senior project managers or department leads.
•Serve as a point of contact between internal teams.
•Coordinate asset delivery and approvals across internal teams.
•Support resource planning by tracking team capacity and workload across active projects.
•Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, status reports, and post-mortems.
•Compile and distribute weekly project status updates to stakeholders.
•Assist in building and refining project management templates and process documentation.
•Help track project budgets and flag variances to the marketing operations team.
•Assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals.Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:•Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
•Collaboration and relationship management across cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
•Process-oriented mindset capable of documenting and breaking down projects into digestible portions.
Work ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 15 hoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)Daily Working Time: anywhere between 9am to 5pm PSTNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
