Strategic Planning and Execution:●Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of telemedicine projects.●Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals.●Manage cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts in program development, execution, and evaluation.2. Team Leadership and Development:●Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.●Conduct regular performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide mentorship to team members.●Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and values.3. Stakeholder Engagement:●Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external and internal stakeholders●Regularly communicate program progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaborative problem-solving.4. Budget and Resource Management:●Oversee the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds and resources.●Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success.5. Monitoring and Evaluation:●Implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track program progress against goals and objectives.●Analyze data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, ensuring the program's effectiveness and impact.●Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and learnings to internal and external stakeholders.6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:●Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in telehealth and healthcare technology, identifying opportunities for integration into program activities.●Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, promoting experimentation and the adoption of new approaches.●Regularly review and update program strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. RequirementsEducation:Preferred: MPH/MHA/MBA (Health) / MSW or equivalent with experience in Digital Health Program ImplementationAlso considered: MBBS/BDS/BSc Nursing/BAMS/BHMS with strong experience in managing large-scale health or social sector programsExperience:Minimum 6-8 years of clinical experienceExperience in Digital Health InterventionsExperience in community/public health programs preferredSkills:Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Commitment to Intelehealth’s mission of improving healthcare accessibility.
