P&C Licensed Insurance Producer – Independent Contractor | Remote

**David Rodriguez Insurance Agency** is seeking 2–3 motivated North Carolina P\&C\-licensed insurance producers to join our growing agency as Insurance Specialists. This is a remote\-first opportunity with optional access to our Raleigh\-area office during business hours. What We Provide: * Remote work opportunity * Computer and business phone * Agency email * Business cards and Marketing materials * Qualified leads * Agency systems and support * Optional office workspace Your Opportunity: * Sell Auto, Non\-Owner Auto, Motorcycle, Home, Condo, Renters and Umbrella insurance. * Minimum production goal: $10,000 in issued premium per month. * 2% commission when the monthly goal is not reached. * 5% commission when the monthly goal is reached. * $250 production bonus for each additional $5,000 above the initial $10,000 goal. * Example: $30,000 in monthly P\&C premium can produce $2,500 in P\&C compensation under the proposed formula. * Additional Life incentives are available for qualified, licensed producers. Requirements: * Active North Carolina P\&C insurance producer license. * Strong sales and customer\-service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage follow\-up. * Reliable internet and professional remote\-work environment. * Life \& Health license is a plus.
