Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for building and modernizing core business applications. This role will play a critical part in developing new platforms, enhancing existing systems, and introducing automation across the organization.You will work across the full software development lifecycle—from design and development through testing and deployment—while adhering to established coding standards and engineering best practices. The environment requires a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently within a structured development framework.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing full stack applications using .NET technologies, with MVC-based front-end architectureModernizing and migrating legacy Python-based logic into scalable .NET solutionsBuilding automation tools and improving operational workflowsWriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on unit testing (targeting high code coverage)Collaborating closely with architecture leadership to align with system design, standards, and long-term technical directionContributing to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and application performanceSupporting and maintaining existing applications, including occasional work with legacy automation toolsThis role requires engineers who are comfortable working in a lean team environment, capable of handling ambiguity, and willing to take ownership of both technical execution and delivery outcomes.Required:5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on .NET / C#Experience building full stack applications using ASP.NET MVCStrong understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQLExperience with Entity Framework or similar ORM toolsProven ability to work across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deploymentStrong experience with unit testing and writing testable, maintainable codeAbility to follow structured coding standards and incorporate technical feedback effectivelyExperience working in small teams with high ownership and accountabilityPreferred:Experience migrating or refactoring legacy systems (e.g., Python to .NET)Familiarity with automation tools or workflow optimizationExposure to Power Automate or similar low-code platformsExperience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with technical leadership in a highly collaborative environmentWe are Software Mind, an awesome team of engineers who are ready to ramp up any top-notch company’s projects!
