About the Role:We're looking for a data-driven and creative Paid Ads Manager - Meta to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. This role combines performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign analysis to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing high-performing Meta campaigns while continuously testing creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to improve results. They should be comfortable working with performance metrics, optimizing budgets at scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of paid media trends and platform updates.Responsibilities:Core Tasks:Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns in MetaDevelop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and campaign structures aligned with marketing goalsMonitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion ratesConduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performanceOptimize budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and scale winning campaignsCollaborate with creative, CRO, and marketing teams to align messaging and funnel strategyTrack and report campaign performanceStay updated on platform policy changes, trends, and best practices in paid mediaPerform other marketing and lead-gen related tasks as neededMust-Have:3+ years managing paid ads campaigns on MetaExperience managing spend of $10k - 50k+ per month (preferably ecommerce brands)Intermediate experience in Google Sheets / Excel for basic campaign reportingFamiliarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniquesStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work full-time ESTNice-to-Have:Experience working in an agency environment (US experience preferred)Certifications in Meta Ads and / or Google AdsFamiliarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
