Join our world class team of diligent problem solvers, innovators, fresh thinkers, and communicators who excite and inspire others.Field Productivity Project ManagerThe Field Productivity Project Manager plays a critical role in improving productivity, efficiency, and scalability across our installation and service business. This role partners directly with field leadership to lead productivity focused initiatives, improve end-to-end processes, and drive measurable financial and operational results. The ideal candidate brings strong firsthand knowledge of field operations and day-to-day branch challenges, paired with the ability to lead structured improvement projects. This role works cross-functionally with IT, Central Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and other partners to improve process flow, increase automation, and reduce friction across the business.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. While this is the current structure and we currently have no plans to change, we reserve the right to make changes to the remote schedule as needed at the Company’s discretion.What You Will Do:Field Productivity & Project LeadershipLead and support productivity improvement projects with field branches focused on install and service operationsPartner closely with field leaders and ops teams to identify pain points, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesHelp drive project momentum by tracking milestones, holding contributors accountable for deliverables, and escalating risks as neededSupport pilot programs and phased rollouts to test, refine, and scale improvementsProcess Improvement & Continuous ImprovementSupport and, when needed, help facilitate Kaizen and rapid improvement eventsAssist with A3 problem-solving, including documentation of current state, future state, countermeasures, and resultsIdentify opportunities to reduce waste, streamline handoffs, and improve end-to-end process flowCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with IT partners on system enhancements, automation opportunities, and technology-enabled process improvementsCollaborate with Central Operations, Billing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and other functional teams to ensure improvements align across the full value streamAct as a bridge between field operations and central ops teams, ensuring field realities are understood and addressedFinancial Tracking & DocumentationDocument projects, decisions, risks, and outcomes using standard project and continuous improvement toolsTrack and validate financial benefits and productivity gains from projects, including entry and maintenance in EPMPrepare clear summaries and updates for leadership on project progress, outcomes, and realized benefitsAbility to travel up to 25%.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience working in or closely with field branches (e.g., operations, service, installation, dispatch, scheduling, or branch leadership roles)Strong knowledge of field operations within install and/or service environments, including an understanding of day-to-day branch challengesExperience participating in, or leading process improvement initiatives, productivity projects, or operational change effortsExposure to cross-functional work involving IT, operations, billing, customer service, or manufacturingStrong project coordination skills, including organizing work, tracking deliverables, and driving follow-throughComfort holding peers and stake
