OJ Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our 100% remote team as a contract / per-task based role.We will generally be needing these types of tasks (no need to know how to do them all)Taking product images and turning it into high-quality lifestyle images or infographics that will be used mainly for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.If you have experience, we have needs in creating packaging designs (labels, pouches, boxes)TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.Our Company Values:It's not a corporate environmentWe're flexible and easy going, but serious and responsible about meeting deadlinesWe don't like micromanagement, so we want to trust that you will manage your time wellWe're in a fast paced environment, so we expect great communicationRequirementsQualifications & Requirements:Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative SuiteAt least 3 years of graphic design experienceMust be creative, can come up with ideas without too detailed instructionsMust be a self-starter, can take initiative, and work without supervisionExcellent Written English (No typos!)Must have good communication skills and the ability to proactively communicateMust be committed, focused, detail-oriented and professionalAbility to understand what the client expects and apply to the designsStrong interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with other professionalsBenefitsSet-up & compensation:Fully remoteFlexible in terms of assignments (we can assign as much as you can handle)We're looking for these rates (can discuss further once you're onboarded)For product infographics: $5-$7 per unique image (easy variations included)**For packaging, we're looking at $15-$35 per taskPS: as a project based setup, after a couple of months, our top and consistent designers easily earn between $800 to $1600 per month, depending on the workload and speed.**Clarification: For product images, we usually assign projects that include 5 to 14 images per task, not 1 by 1, so that means the order value is generally high.Originally posted on Himalayas
