your profileWe're looking for a high-impact Growth & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our demand generation engine during a maternity cover and potentially beyond. Are you a B2B SaaS marketer with a strong demand generation background and the confidence to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end? Do you thrive in a player-coach setup focused on bringing structure and strategic clarity while staying hands-on with execution? At Cenosco, you'll step into a functioning marketing team that's already performing, and be expected to elevate it. This is not a maintenance role. From day one, you'll drive pipeline, sharpen how we go to market, and introduce the scalability and predictability that sets the function up for long-term success. If you hit the ground running, deliver fast, and leave things better than you found them - this role was built for you. There is a clear path to taking on full Marketing Leadership ownership for the right person. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
