Job Description

Location: Remote (Mexico) Summary: The Product Development Coordinator supports active product development work by ensuring projects move forward efficiently, samples and testing cycles are well coordinated, and documentation is accurate and complete through handoff to production. This is an execution-focused role designed to improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across development-stage work. The role partners closely with Product and Operations to keep initiatives on track, surface risks early, and support a smooth transition from development to production. Responsibilities:Track and advance active product development workstreams, ensuring progress against timelines and prioritiesFollow up on open items and proactively surface risks or blockersCoordinate sample requests, feedback cycles, development testing, and issue tracking through resolutionMaintain accurate and organized product documentation, including specifications and development recordsSupport preparation of handoff materials to enable production readinessPartner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and follow-throughManage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail and organizationQualifications:2–5 years of experience in product development, product coordination, or a similar execution-focused roleExperience working with physical products, including samples, specifications, and development workflowsStrong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriatelyComfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersProficiency with common tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable)Familiarity with manufacturing processes, testing, or DFM is a plus Key Success Attributes:Ownership and ImpactCuriosity-Driven CultureFast-Paced Environment Employment Information: This position is Remote in Mexico About Tumbler: At Tumbler, we’re not just revolutionizing kitchen tools; we’re creating a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth thrive.
