**Construction Project Coordinator / Office Manager** Company: Master Builder Inc.Location: Phoenix Metro AreaEmployment Type: Full\-Time About Us Master Builder Inc. is a growing residential and commercial construction company looking for a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and motivated individual to become the owner’s right\-hand person in the office. This is a key role that helps keep projects, schedules, and communication running smoothly. Responsibilities ● Coordinate construction projects from the office. ● Manage schedules for crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries. ● Communicate with homeowners, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. ● Prepare estimates, proposals, invoices, and project documents. ● Track permits, inspections, change orders, and project progress. ● Organize digital files, contracts, and job documentation. ● Assist with purchasing materials and coordinating deliveries. ● Follow up on outstanding tasks to keep projects on schedule. ● Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries professionally. ● Provide administrative support directly to the owner and help manage daily operations. Qualifications ● Previous experience in construction coordination, project administration, office management, or a similar role. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). ● Experience with QuickBooks, Buildertrend, CompanyCam, or similar construction software is a plus. ● Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. ● Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. ● Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications ● Bilingual (English \& Spanish) is a strong plus. ● Experience working for a general contractor or construction company. ● Familiarity with permits, inspections, and residential construction processes.
