Financial Services Associate (Training & Mentorship Provided)

About the Opportunity Future First Financial is seeking motivated, people\-oriented individuals who want to build a career helping individuals and families make more informed financial decisions. This fully remote opportunity is centered on developing relationships, providing financial education, and supporting clients as they work toward their financial goals. Previous financial services experience is not required. Training and mentorship are provided to help new associates learn the industry, prepare for licensing, develop professional skills, and build their business over time. Previous financial services experience or licensing is not required. Candidates who are not currently licensed will have access to an online prelicensing course and step\-by\-step guidance throughout the licensing process. A licensing coordinator is available to assist with questions about the third\-party course, state\-specific requirements, applications, and exam scheduling. Compensation and Schedule This is an independent\-contractor role with performance\-based compensation. It does not include a guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Both part\-time and full\-time schedules are available. Associates can work remotely and build a schedule around their professional and personal responsibilities.
