As we continue growing, we are looking for a motivated sales and partnership representative to help us connect with homeowners, realtors, property managers, STR/Airbnb hosts, and local businesses. **Position Overview** This is a commission\-based opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship\-building, local outreach, and helping a service\-based business grow. The ideal person is professional, self\-motivated, comfortable with follow\-up, and able to represent our brand with warmth and confidence. This role is best suited for someone who wants flexible earning potential without a set full\-time schedule. You will help generate qualified leads, introduce our services to potential clients, and support new account growth. **What You’ll Do** * Generate qualified leads for residential, move\-out, commercial, and STR cleaning services * Build relationships with realtors, property managers, Airbnb/VRBO hosts, small businesses, and local homeowners * Share approved company information, service details, and quote links * Track outreach activity and lead status * Follow up professionally with potential clients * Help identify recurring cleaning, commercial, and property management opportunities * Submit warm leads to the office for quote approval and scheduling * Represent Pikes Peak Pristine Cleaning® in a polished, professional, and trustworthy way **Ideal Candidate** * Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, property management, hospitality, cleaning, or home services is helpful * Comfortable reaching out to local businesses and property contacts * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable, organized, and self\-directed * Professional and friendly * Familiar with Colorado Springs and surrounding communities preferred * Able to follow approved scripts, pricing language, and brand guidelines * Comfortable using basic tracking tools such as Google Sheets, email, and text follow\-up **Services You’ll Help Promote** * Routine residential cleaning * Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning * Reset Deep Cleans * Premium Deep Cleans * Move\-in and move\-out cleaning * PCS/military move\-out cleaning * Short\-term rental / Airbnb turnover cleaning * Property manager cleaning support * Commercial office cleaning * One\-time specialty cleaning services * Add\-ons such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior windows, baseboards, cabinets, carpet options, and pet\-related cleaning support **Compensation** This is a commission\-based position
