The work is contingent on Piton being awarded the contract. **Position Qualification Requirements** The Senior Manager (Program Manager or equivalent) shall hold at least a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in program management, business administration, or a related technical field. The individual must have a minimum of five years of experience in program management, demonstrating expertise in overseeing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of contract requirements. The Senior Manager must have experience managing projects involving workforce planning, human capital strategy, and data elements. **Responsibilities** Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, control and coordination of all work performed. The Senior Manager shall be the single focal point within the Contractor’s activity for all required program tasks. The Senior Manager shall perform administration and supervision of the Contractor employees. The Senior Manager shall have full authority to act on all matters relating to daily operation under this contract. The Senior Manager shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss with Secret Service personnel the status of all requirements and problems, as well as the master schedule. The Senior Manager shall identify all required events and the duration of tasks leading up to deliveries as specified in the contract and data to be delivered in accordance with the PWS. The Senior Manager shall also identify and evaluate any program schedule risks, and report to Secret Service personnel the status of those identified program schedule risks. The Senior Manager shall also formulate risk management plans for elimination or reduction of any such risks. **Core Requirements** For each of the following Major Core Requirements, the Government’s requirement is for the completed and accepted final planning products. Interim drafts, meetings, data calls, briefings, and reviews are necessary steps toward completion of the final deliverables.
