**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations, ensuring seamless human resources management across the organization. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth while developing your expertise in human capital management and HR best practices. **Responsibilities** * Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. * Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and understand organizational policies. * Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks using platforms like Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro. * Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations and assisting managers with goal setting and feedback sessions. * Maintain accurate HRIS data collection and entry, ensuring compliance with employment \& labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation standards. * Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing conflict resolution efforts, and promoting positive communication across teams. * Contribute to strategic planning efforts related to organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and change management initiatives. **Requirements** * Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with a focus on HR sourcing, benefits administration, or workforce management. * Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards. * Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally. * Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience with training \& development programs and employee evaluation processes to support talent management initiatives. * Ability to adapt quickly to change management strategies while maintaining a focus on organizational goals.
