In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling brands by improving conversion rates, AOV, and overall product page performance.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants:Full ownership of product performanceA performance-driven environmentThe ability to directly influence business resultsWhat You’ll Own & BuildWithin your first 90 days, success will be measured by your ability to:Optimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOVIdentify and fix bottlenecks in product funnelsImprove page elements (copy, layout, visuals, offers) to increase conversion >50%Run A/B tests that move the needle and generate measurable revenueTurn basic supplier images into high-converting visualsMake data-driven decisions between design vs offer problemsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re excited to work with someone who:3+ years of hands-on e-commerce conversion optimization experienceShopify experience is required (running or working with stores)Proven track record of increasing conversion rates / revenueStrong copywriting / direct-response skillsDeep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behaviorAnalytical, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on revenue impactBonus:Experience with dropshipping, affiliate marketing, or DTC brands⚠️ Only apply if you meet the above requirements.
