Join us in building the future.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support Operating Expense (OPEX) management for the Enterprise Business Finance organization. This role is a key contributor to accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis, partnering closely with business teams to provide insights that support effective decision-making. The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior OPEX Manager and plays an important role in executing core OPEX processes and improving financial transparency.The Main ResponsibilitiesSupport business partners by delivering accurate OPEX reporting, analysis, and insightsExecute monthly forecasting and budgeting activities across assigned OPEX categoriesPrepare standard financial performance reports and variance analyses for business and finance leadershipSupport productivity modeling, capacity planning, and headcount analysis under guidance from senior team membersPerform detailed financial analysis, including model and report creation, insight generation, and documentation of assumptionsPartner with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and well-communicated financial deliverablesMaintain and enhance standardized reporting using tools such as Excel, SAC, Power BI, and Power QueryIdentify opportunities to improve, simplify, and automate reporting processes and data flowsEnsure data integrity by reviewing trends, validating inputs, and investigating variancesWhat We Look For in a CandidateRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, or business financeSolid understanding of OPEX concepts and expense categoriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearlyAbility to work independently on assigned deliverables while taking direction from senior team membersStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesEffective communicator with a collaborative, business-partnering mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAC, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools preferredPreferred:Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or performance management processesExposure to analytics or business intelligence tools (SAC, Power BI, SQL, or similar)Ability to create clear charts and visuals to communicate financial insightsExperience supporting executive or leadership-facing presentationsPrior experience in a telecom or technology would be advantageousCompensationThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
