This person would be responsible for helping create \& schedule our social media content \& online marketing campaigns. Designing emails, flyers, running contests \& giveaways. Also assisting with engagement, replying to customer inquiries through multiple platforms (email, text, Facebook etc..). \- We’re also looking for someone that can work with our virtual staff, properly delegating projects to the correct department and keeping track of deadlines so that our marketing goes out in a timely manner. \- Lastly, this person would help with managing the backend logistics of events that we participate in. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on business and marketing goals. Work with copywriters to ensure designs effectively communicate key messaging. For any complex project, we delegate to our graphic design company. * **Client management**: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping small businesses succeed. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and taking detailed notes on client interactions. * **Marketing Strategy**: We try to plan out our sales \& marketing campaigns 2\-4 months at a time.
