Job Description

As an Social Media/Virtual Admin Assistant, you are expected to be highly reliable and proactive, an excellent communicator, and can support general social media management tasks.This is a full-time role, on a US shift and a Work-from-home set-up.If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administrative SupportMaintain and update email distribution listsSchedule internal and external callsCoordinate and manage the CEOs calendarSend event/call reminders via text to membersSupport event logistics and manage registration pagesMaintain and update member databaseCreate, distribute, and analyze member surveysConduct research on prospective membersCommunications & MarketingDraft and distribute new member announcementsAssist with website updates and content managementMaintain and update marketing materialsCreate event and meeting recaps for distributionCollaborate with NYREJ contact on editorials; follow up with members for contentSocial MediaManage and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and FacebookActively follow members social media and identify relevant content to shareEnsure consistent and engaging social media presenceQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or administrative supportExperience as an admin with CMS platforms like WordPress or Squarespace for basic website update is preferableProficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content scheduling toolsFamiliarity with marketing and design tools such as Canva and Constant ContactComfortable working in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)Professional and confident when engaging with members, partners, and media contactsExperience in event coordination or member-based organizations is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsOriginally posted on Himalayas
