Employee will report on\-site, at a secure government location during the day shift excluding weekends and holidays. Work is onsite at multiple locations in the Washington, DC area. **Description of Duties:** * Interface with customers at an on\-site location taking scheduled appointments and walk\-ins. * Assist customers with mobile device provisioning, activation, and enrollment. * Assist customers with updating the operating system on Apple and Android devices. * Troubleshoot GO virtual and GO browser issues and assist with logging in via PIV, and Citrix. **Qualifications** **Required Education \& Experience:** * AA Degree in related discipline and six (6\) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and eight (8\) years of related experience with relevant certification * Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with data entry standards. * Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with end\-users, including VIPs. * Basic knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS and Android). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 workstations. **Required Clearance:** * US Citizenship. * Active Secret Clearance.
