Our mission from day one has been to set the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and client service in the practice of radiology. **JOB SUMMARY** The Applications Specialist supports the Privileging Team by completing applications, references, and required documentation to obtain and maintain provider privileges across our contracted service locations. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance throughout the privileging process while maintaining high standards of data integrity, organization, and communication. The position also supports efficient provider onboarding and continuity of patient care. Special projects within the Physician Services Department may be assigned as needed. * ***Please Note: This is a remote position that can be performed anywhere within the Unites States.*** ***A high\-bandwidth, stable, and reliable internet connection is required.*** **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** ***Role Specific:*** * Ensure all assigned applications, references, and supporting documents of Organization appointees are accurately completed in a timely manner. * Effectively and accurately utilize, interpret, and execute application notes provided. * Clearly communicate with Privileging Specialist any details, updates needed, or documents completed. ***Department Specific:*** * Accountable for the proper utilization of any computer software program(s) necessary to support the provider credentialing process and maintaining the database. This includes but is not limited to data entry and the saving of appropriate documents directly into database; maintaining data sufficient to pre\-populate applications supported by database. * Clearly and effectively communicate questions or concerns to leadership. * Performing and participating in regular audits of credentialing database to ensure accuracy as applicable. * Accept safety and quality of patient care, treatment, and services as a responsibility and priority. * Establish and maintain positive working relationships between staff members, including physicians, and external contacts. * Maintain a working knowledge of Organization procedures and bylaws. * Participate in the implementation of applicable Physician Services processes and procedures. * Maintain credentialing database with a high level of accuracy, detail, and consistency in record\-keeping practices. * Strictly comply with all Organization and Healthcare Entity Bylaws and policies, accrediting body standards, and laws governing the healthcare industry. * Other related responsibilities as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 1\-year of administrative experience in healthcare preferred * Previous
