Their mission-led approach, combined with a transparent, collaborative culture, offers ambitious professionals the chance to truly make an impact.The Role: Head of E-Commerce MarketingAs Head of E-Commerce Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all digital marketing efforts, with full responsibility for performance across the e-commerce funnel. Working directly with the CEO and as part of the leadership team, you will define and deliver initiatives that drive customer acquisition, increase conversion, and boost retention. You'll own the marketing budget, lead a small cross-functional team, and champion data-led decision-making in a high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years experience in e-commerce/digital marketing with strong performance metricsDevelop and execute a cohesive, full-funnel e-commerce marketing strategyOwn the marketing budget and P&L to drive profitable growthLead SEO, PPC (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads), email (Klaviyo), and social media campaignsManage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsMaintain and optimise the WooCommerce website in partnership with the IT teamDeliver high-impact email marketing campaigns, automation, and segmentation strategiesOversee performance reporting, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis (ROAS, CAC, CLV, etc.)Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain a properly consented user databaseCollaborate with clinical and creative contributors to develop compelling marketing assetsManage a growing team, including designers, content creators, and external agenciesAbout You5+ years of e-commerce/digital marketing experience, ideally in regulated sectors like wellness, health, or pharmaProven track record of growing online sales and customer lifetime valueNative-level English communication skills, with fluency in UK spelling and toneExpertise in WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok AdsStrong command of SEO, conversion optimisation, and data-driven decision-makingSolid experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation toolsCreative yet analytical, with strong project management and leadership skillsKPI-focused, commercially driven, and self-motivatedComfortable working remotely and leading distributed teamsOriginally posted on Himalayas
