Job Title: Technical Program Manager – AI/ML Products
Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Work Schedule: Support EST Hours (9 AM to 5 PM)Experience Required: 5 to 7 YearsRate: 65 to 70 CAD PHRole Summary: NearSource is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise AI/ML product initiatives across cross-functional teams from concept through deployment. This role will drive execution alignment across AI strategy, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders while ensuring delivery milestones, operational readiness, and production transition objectives are achieved.The selected candidate will support large-scale AI-powered HR product initiatives within a technology-driven enterprise environment, focusing on program coordination, stakeholder facilitation, and execution management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of AI/ML initiatives from concept through deployment readinessDrive cross-functional coordination across AI strategy, engineering, data science, enterprise systems, and business teamsTranslate business use cases into structured execution plans with defined milestones, ownership, timelines, and deliverablesFacilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, demo reviews, and feedback discussions to support iterative deliveryIdentify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, blockers, and execution gapsEstablish scalable and effective program operating rhythms to support delivery efficiencyMonitor initiative progress and communicate clear status updates to leadership and stakeholdersSupport transition planning from prototype validation to production deployment readinessManage multiple concurrent workstreams within fast-paced technology and product environmentsDrive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the program lifecycleMust-Have Skills5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or related rolesProven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programsFamiliarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle, including data workflows, model development, and deployment processesStrong program planning, execution management, and organizational skillsExperience managing multiple priorities and parallel workstreamsStrong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and collaboration capabilitiesExperience supporting AI-driven or data-centric product initiativesExperience coordinating programs from prototype stages through production readinessBackground working within product-focused or technology-driven environmentsNice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Airtable or similar planning and workflow management platformsExposure to enterprise HR technology ecosystemsExperience supporting operational governance for AI-enabled productsApply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at careers@nearsource.ca.
