Independent Vacation Planning Specialist (Remote) **Grace \& Getaways Travel** is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Independent Vacation Planning Specialists. This is a **remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity** for individuals who enjoy helping others and want the flexibility to build their own travel business with the support of an established agency. As part of our team, you will work with clients to research, plan, and book vacations, cruises, all\-inclusive resorts, hotels, flights, and other travel experiences. You'll receive comprehensive training, access to industry resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow your business and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. * Research and recommend vacation options that fit clients' budgets and goals. * Book cruises, hotels, resorts, vacation packages, flights, and excursions. * Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after travel. * Build lasting client relationships through outstanding customer service. * Stay informed about travel suppliers, promotions, and destination updates. * Participate in optional training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Self\-motivated with strong organizational abilities. * Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms. * Detail\-oriented and dependable. * Passion for helping others create memorable travel experiences. * Previous sales or travel experience is helpful but not required. Compensation This is a **1099 independent contractor position**. Compensation is **commission\-based** and depends on bookings, client base, and individual performance. There is **no guaranteed hourly wage or salary**.
