Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology – helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.comAdaptive Planning Principal ConsultantThe Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant is a senior member of our team responsible for leading end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning from initial client consultation and design to final testing and deployment.The RoleKey Responsibilities:Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification.Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models.Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality.The RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.Strong accounting/finance backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWell organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUp to 15% travelThis role does not support sponsorshipAdaptive Planning certified requiredFlexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
