Job Description
About FloatFloat is the full-stack platform for Specialty Pharma home infusion. We’re on a mission to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by connecting SuperNurses to home medication visits - moving all care that doesn’t need a hospital to the home.Float connects nurses with patients so they can get treatments for their chronic conditions in the home rather than going into the overcrowded hospital. Our model benefits all stakeholders - patients get more convenient care, nurses access flexible work for better pay, pharmacies fill more prescriptions, hospitals reduce low-reimbursement admissions, and payors enjoy 12x reduced costs with home-delivered care.Over the last 5 years, we’ve successfully demonstrated multi-state expansion, validated strong unit economics, and boast remarkable retention of patients, nurses, and pharmacies. We’ve facilitated over 90,000 patient visits with 1,400 nurses and are scaling our platform, team, and operations to serve more geographies and patients.Float Health is currently recruiting nurses and serving patients in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, and Ohio with several new states on the horizon. The RoleFloat Health is seeking a highly strategic, operationally-minded recruiter to scale the clinician network that powers our business.Reporting to the Recruiting, Onboarding, & Credentialing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of recruiting, marketplace operations, and analytics. You will lead efforts to recruit, activate, and grow our nationwide network of 1099 infusion nurses while shaping the evolution of our recruiting function.Recruiting and clinician network growth are already critical to Float. This will be the company’s first dedicated recruiting hire with deep recruiting expertise. You’ll inherit an existing 0–1 foundation and have a rare opportunity to refine and scale it from 1 to 100. You'll do this by improving systems and workflows, shaping clinician acquisition strategy, supporting expansion into new states and markets, and influencing how Float grows its clinician network nationally. This role offers significant ownership, autonomy, and influence for someone excited to build and refine a high-impact recruiting function in a fast-growing healthcare marketplace. The right person is energized by solving complex network growth challenges, balancing strategy with execution, and building scalable systems in a fast-moving environment where creativity and independent judgment matter - think early Uber or DoorDash market expansion, not typical corporate healthcare staffing. What you’ll do:Mission for this role: A Float SuperNurse is a nurse that is clinically excellent, actively takes visits, and engages with our platform with a high level of independence.
