We are growing rapidly, and this is an exciting time to join us. **The Role** This is a dual role — Operations Manager and Senior Bookkeeper — and it is the right\-hand seat to the Owner. You will step in as the successor to our current Operations Manager, so we are looking for someone trainable — ready to absorb how we work and make the seat their own. You will carry your own client roster end to end, oversee three bookkeepers, and represent the firm to clients, the CPA, and agencies with professionalism and warmth. You will work directly with the Owner — a dynamic founder who loves this business, embraces new tools and ideas, and is always trying something new — across a multi\-client, multi\-location portfolio spanning many industries. The Owner stays closely involved and maintains strong oversight of this role and the bookkeeping team. You will have real autonomy, but never without direction or support. The bulk of our work is QuickBooks Online cleanup, alongside significant Restaurant365 problem\-solving — challenging, exciting bookkeeping projects that most firms never see. The environment is fast paced, the clients are demanding, and the problem\-solving never stops. This role is for someone who finds that energizing.
