2–3 Days per Week | Supporting Two Manufacturing LocationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a growing manufacturing organization across two production locations. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) offering flexibility while playing a highly visible role supporting operations leadership and workforce initiatives.This role serves as a key HR partner to leadership, supporting employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, and workforce planning within a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.Job DutiesAct as the primary HR partner to plant leadership and supervisors across two locationsProvide guidance on employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminationsSupport workforce planning and people strategies aligned with operational needsManage high-volume recruitment (typically 5–20 active roles)Lead onboarding and orientation for new hiresManage HR data and processes within ADP Workforce NowProcess payroll-related updates including job changes, schedules, and employee informationMaintain accurate HR records and communicate updates to payrollSupport employee relations matters and conduct workplace investigationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees across shiftsTrack and report on workforce metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and overtimePartner with Health & Safety to reinforce safe work practicesQualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring:8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience supporting multi-shift operations and working closely with operations leadersStrong employee relations experience including investigations, discipline, and terminationsExperience managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningProficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll-related HR processesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance strategic HR support with hands-on operational executionCHRP designation is considered an asset, but not requiredWhy Join?This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a flexible, fully remote part-time role while making a meaningful impact in a manufacturing environment.
