What you'll be doing You will lead business analysis efforts supporting the Life production environment, serving as a data subject matter expert and partnering with business and IT teams to resolve production issues, data discrepancies, and other business impacts. You will lead analysis and research for strategic initiatives, helping define requirements, use cases, and expected outcomes while ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy and governance standards. You will drive the data delivery strategy across multiple agile teams, contributing to target\-state design, data roadmaps, and solutions that enable data\-driven decision\-making. You will partner with business stakeholders, data governance, and IT leaders to ensure data solutions align with business needs, governance standards, and long\-term strategic objectives. You will lead data stewardship efforts focused on data architecture, lineage, traceability, quality frameworks, and overall data integrity across the Annuity organization.
